Off Piste training week with Nigel Shepherd. First few days spent (re)learning the basics of skiing off piste in beautiful weather in the acres of virgin snow to be found between the pistes at La Thuile and Rosiere. |
There was plenty of perfect snow but Nigel was deliberately finding areas of difficult breakable crust etc. as well as perfect powder and a few jumps to teach us how to deal with them all. Photo by Nigel Shepherd |
